Duodji Shop Oy's online store
The seller of e-commerce products is Duodji Shop Oy (Business ID 2448889-9). The prices of the products include the current VAT (24% or 10% or 0% depending on the product). The prices of the products are displayed in the online store. The price of the products does not include delivery costs. We supply products Posti Group oyj. Duodji Shop Oy reserves the right to change prices and delivery fees. Duodji Shop Oy is not responsible for any incorrect price and stock balance information on the online store's website. We reserve the right to cancel a sale if the product is not available at the time of ordering. In connection with the order, the customer undertakes the delivery terms in force at the time and is obliged to read the delivery terms in force at the time before ordering. We answer questions about products by email and phone during store opening hours (Mon-Fri 10 am-5pm).
The products are ordered from the Duodji Shop online store and they are paid for when ordering.
Payment methods for individuals
Products and their postage are paid when ordering. In the Duodji Shop online store, you can pay with online banking or Visa, VisaElectron and MasterCard, Pay Pal account or invoice by choosing Collector Bank or Flexible as the payment method. To make a mobile payment, select MobilePay as the payment method. All domestic online payment banks are in use.
To pay for online banking, you need the online banking IDs of a domestic bank. We do not deliver products by cash on delivery.
The service related to online banking payments is provided by Paytrail Technology Oy (business ID 2552865-3) in cooperation with Finnish banks. Paytrail Technology Oy acts as a payment intermediary and settles the transaction amount with the merchant. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Duodji Shop Oy only acts as a marketer of products and services and also delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Technology Oy is responsible for complaints. Paytrail Technology Oy acts as the seller of the product for payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, and the transaction arises between the customer and Paytrail Technology Oy. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Paytrail Technology Oy is also the payee.

We post products on weekdays. Depending on the payment method and bank connections, it will take 2-4 business days from the payment of the invoice. Duodji Shop stores all products in the online store. Temporarily a product may be out of stock. We report long-term delivery disruptions in the online store. If for any reason the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately by phone or e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel a sale if the product is not available at the time of ordering.
Orders are delivered by letter or parcel post. The postal package can be tracked with shipping codes via Posti's website. We do not deliver products by cash on delivery. Delivery costs vary depending on the product ordered. The amount of delivery costs is shown at checkout.
Exchange and return policy
All products ordered from the online store have a 14-day right of exchange and return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The entire ordered product batch must be returned in full in the original packaging. Products must be completely unused. Returns must always be agreed in advance either by email, phone or letter. In this case, you will receive more detailed return instructions. For returned products, the money will be refunded to your account as soon as we have received and
accepted the return. The refund only applies to the ordered products, we do not refund the freight. We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. We do not redeem returns sent by cash on delivery, travel service or other than customer return of mail.
If the product you ordered is incorrect, damaged or you notice a clear error in the product, report it immediately either by e-mail, telephone or letter. A defective product can be returned or replaced at no cost as a customer return. If, upon receipt of the product, you notice that the product has been damaged in the mail, make a complaint immediately to the post office. We will exchange the defective product for a corresponding defect-free product or, if the customer so wishes, we will refund the transaction amount.

All original packing lists must be included, as well as your own name, address, telephone number and bank details. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully package the products for return.
